Welcome to ImSurvivor.com, an online community for those that have been touched by distinct life experIences, traumatic situations, amazing experiences, and/or life-changing events.

I'm Rob, creator & founder of ImSurvivor. This site was born out of what I learned from my own experience having had cancer at a young age (read my story here). During my recovery, I realized that some of the best "medicine" I received, I got from listening to others who were going through a similar situation. Sharing our thoughts, stories and experiences, made dealing with my situation all the more bearable.

Everybody has a story to tell, from medical marvels to surviving devastating acts of nature, to every day distinctive experiences. Connecting through a common bond is the fundamental concept behind ImSurvivor. We like to call it "Connecting through Commonality".
