This article is great! "cutting 500 calories a day from your diet leads to a loss of one pound per week" very interesting! I think that I am going to start a Mediterranean-style diet!

Brief Bio (as it relates to your experience): I am the sister of a survivor of brain cancer. I am very proud of him and all of his accomplishments! I consider myself a survivor also. I had some kind of strange illness resembling Dengue Fever 5 months ago after returning from Jamaica.

She made the Varsity Cheerleading squad and she is ecstatic. I am teaching at Riverside still part-time but I love it there. Our dog, Taffy, is doing great. She is the perfect family dog! I do have a question for you though (if you don't mind), if you have a chance call me at home (same #).

I have a pit and we kept putting off getting her spayed and she got pregnant by a chocolate lab and they came out like that.
